Greetings:

My name is Daniel Bernstein, and I am the founder of DB-Designs, a home to macro, landscape, and nature photography. I have been a participant in the changes the world has brought us for many years.

I started my photography interest at the age of 9, when my father and step-mother bought me a 110 camera.

Then in the early 80's, my best friend Sheila loaned me a Minolta SRT-102, and subsequently showed me how to develop those images in a home dark room.

I was hooked!

My photography interests are mainly macro, floral, and landscapes, and I draw inspiration from the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest region.

I also feel my ADHD plays a big part of being able to see the fine detail Mother Nature has to offer.

Today, as I did with my first camera, I carry my camera with me everywhere.

Besides being published in newspapers around the region, and in the Best of College Photography Annual 2008, my work has been displayed at various regional exhibits, and is in homes across the country.
